FilterOptix v1.0 released

FilterOptix™ 1.0 released

Just before the year ends, VanDerLee™ releases a new plug-in; FilterOptix. FilterOptix replaces a large number of photographic lens filters with software versions. This means you can shoot first, ask questions later! With FilterOptix, you'll never have to drag along those large sets of filters; you can apply everything you need afterwards, at home. Don't waste time picking the perfect filter for a job, then waste even more time screwing on the filter whilst the perfect shot is disappearing in front of your eyes. Shoot that ideal moment when you see it happening without worrying or thinking about technical issues; let your creativity be the limit!

FilterOptix is created for the serious photographer, whether professional or amateur. FilterOptix' main focus is the quality; no matter how good everything else may be, it's all worthless if the quality is less than optimal. Beyond this, we've taken utmost care to create the most user-friendly and intuitive experience possible. Any photographer should be able to get up and running instantly with a user interface and terminology that sticks to the real world. Quickly select filters by thumbnails and manage large sets of filters easily. Use controls analogue to how a real lens filter works.

Over a hundred filters are supplied by default, but there is nothing stopping you from having many, many more filters. FilterOptix filters are created by combining multiple effects from a wide range of different types together and we provide you with all the tools you need to create your own. Currently you have 16 effects with which you can create all kinds of colors, gradients, close-up, blurs in any direction and other special effects. You can create filters that are applied to the whole picture, or just to the parts you want. Each effect has a wealth of options, making sure you can configure them however you want and thanks to our unique preview system, you can see results immediately!
