This effect simulates an
effect often seen in conjunction with lens flares, as they are
caused by the same problem; lens reflection. It basically means the
image is reflected multiple times in the lens and is mixed with the
original image.
Red - Specifies how much the red reflection is moved from the center.
Green - Specifies how much the green reflection is moved from the center.
Blue - Specifies how much the blue reflection is moved from the center.
