This effect will draw a circular "fan" of light-blades.
Color - Sets the color "bright" blade
side.
Amount - Determines the number of blades to appear in the fan.
Rotation - Specifies the rotation of the blades in degrees.
Counter-clockwise - When checked, the blades will be drawn in reverse direction.
Brightness - Sets the brightness of the "dark" blade side.
