If you have ever watched old color cartoons, you'll know this effect as it's used a lot for presenting the characters of the cartoon as they appear in the middle of those brightly colored rings.
Amount - Sets the number of rings to use in
the image.
Cutout - Determines how many rings from the middle outwards will be transparent.
Inner color - Specifies the color to use for the inside of the rings.
Outer color - Specifies the color to use for the outside of the rings.
