effect makes multiple copies of itself, each with colors adjusted
to match the color of the part of the original image it covers.
This creates a nice patchwork of the same image looking somewhat
like a pixelated version of the original.
X scale - Specifies the number of copies to appear horizontally.
Y scale - Specifies the number of copies to appear vertically.
