The "Scanner correction" effect moves the separate red, green and blue channels of an image independently, allowing correction to scanned images. Scanners, especially the old ones, often shift these channels somewhat (1 or 2 pixels at most), this effect allows you to move these channels back to where they're supposed to be.
Red X - Moves the red channel horizontally by the specified amount of pixels.
Red Y - Moves the red channel vertically by the specified amount of pixels.
Green X - Moves the green channel horizontally by the specified amount of pixels.
Green Y - Moves the green channel vertically by the specified amount of pixels.
Blue X - Moves the blue channel horizontally by the specified amount of pixels.
Blue Y - Moves the blue channel vertically by the specified amount of pixels.
