With the filters in the "Effects" archive you can apply all sorts of simple (and some very complex) effects like all sorts of random noise/distribution, television effects, dithering methods, pencil retracing and some more unusual effects. Do not underestimate the power of these simple effects though; all of them can be used for professional graphical work (like the rest of the UnPlugged™ filters) and are as flexible as they can possibly be.
